Creighton and Indiana State want to get back to winning. After Indiana State’s fast start in conference play, they have lost two in a row while. The Bluejays, meanwhile, sport a 5-5 record and have lost 4 of their last 5 games. The Sycamores have a little more wiggle room, but the Bluejays should have more of a must-win mentality coming into this game. Either way, it will likely be a close game.
Greeting both teams at the Qwest Center will be CU’s first “Pink Out” for men’s basketball. Fans are encouraged to wear pink for breast cancer awareness. That should be reason enough to come out and cheer on the Jays against Indiana State. But if you can’t, here are the ways you can follow the game with the 2:05 p.m. tip.
Television
The Bluejays will be on local TV, with the game broadcast by KMTV, otherwise known as Action 3 News. Travis Justice and former Creighton Bluejay Nick Bahe will be on the call for this one.
- In the Omaha area, the game will be available on Cox Cable channels 5 and 705. But there will not be any high definition cameras in use.
- In other parts of Nebraska, stretching from York to Lincoln and in the southeast part of the state, the game will be on Time Warner Cable channel 3.
- The game WILL be available nationwide on ESPN Full Court and ESPN3.com (where available). The KMTV broadcast will be beamed nationwide.
