The Creighton Women’s Soccer team continued their four game homestand on Wednesday night against South Dakota State. Freshman Kaelyn Korte scored her first goal in a Bluejay uniform which was the deciding factor in a 2-1 victory.
With the game tied at 1-1 in the second half, junior Lauren Cingoranelli found Korte on the left side about fifteen yards from the goal just before the 67th minute to get the goal. The Bluejays will be back at Morrison Stadium on Sunday against Oral Roberts.
