The NCAA Tournament is the best thing in sports.  Creighton has their highest seed ever and have a great opportunity to advance deep into the tournament.  First up is Louisiana.

Fans around the country will be taking Friday afternoon off of work, filling in bars and other establishments to see the Bluejays start their tournament run.  If you are not in San Antonio to watch the Jays in person (Matt Demarinis and Joey Tempo are; follow their WBR Twitter accounts all weekend), here are the ways you can follow the approximate 2:05 p.m. tip on Friday no matter where you are.

Television

The complete NCAA Tournament will be broadcast on four channels — CBS, TBS, TNT, and TruTV. Creighton’s game against the Ragin Cajun’s  will be broadcast on TruTV at approximately 2:05 p.m. CT. Marv Albert, Steve Kerr and Craig Sager will be on the call.

  • In Omaha on Cox Communications = channel 203 (SD) or 1203 (HD)
  • In Omaha on CenturyLink Prism = channel 1164 (HD)
  • In Lafayette on Cox Communications = channel 51 (SD) or 1051 (HD)
  • In Lafayette on LUS Fiber = channel 80

  • All games of the NCAA Tournament can be watched online in pretty much any way possible. If you have cable and/or satellite and subscribe to TBS, TNT and TruTV, then you can watch all of the games for free through their online websites whether on your computer or a mobile device.   • Bluejay Banter will have live updates as well as a postgame show on 1620 the Zone after the game

Radio

  • If you find yourself in the Omaha metro — you can pick up John Bishop’s play-by-play along with former Bluejay Nick Bahe over the air on 1620 the Zone at 1620AM on your dial.
  • Those in the Lafayette, Louisiana area can pick up the Lousiana broadcast on KHXT Hot 107.9 FM.
  • Find a Westwood One affiliate in your area to pick up the game.
  • You can pick up the Westwood One broadcast of the game on SiriusXM Satellite Radio on Channel Sirius channel 92 and XM channel 191.   Brad Sham and Will Perdue will be on the call.

After the game, stay tuned after the 1620 the Zone postgame to catch Bluejay Banter and their “Overtime” postgame show. They will talk to Creighton coaches and others to get the latest on the Bluejays as well as take phone calls.
