Creighton fans should mark their calendar now for one of the Bluejays’ first big conference matches as a member of the Big East.
Georgetown men’s soccer program released its full schedule for the fall on Tuesday, and the Hoyas will host CU in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, September 28.
Both the Bluejays and Hoyas advanced to last season’s College Cup, with Georgetown eventually finishing as the national runner-up.
Georgetown’s release also included info about the Big East tournament local. PPL Park in Philadelphia, the home of the MLS’s Philadelphia Union, will host the conference championship. The quarterfinals will occur on campus sites, with the final four squads advancing to PPL Park the weekend of November 15-17.
Elmar Bolowich’s program is busy with more than just scheduling. The Bluejays earlier this week announced a nine-player recruiting class.
Creighton will officially join the Big East on July 1.
