As the field shrinks in the college world series, another team was sent home packing after another close game on Thursday. TCU knocked off Louisville 4-3 sending the Cardinals home from the 2017 CWS
Horned Frog pitcher Sean Wymer came into the game in the fifth inning with TCU holding the 4-3 lead. He went on to dominate Louisville for the final four innings to send TCU to their next opponent, Florida, who has yet to lose a game.
