Media Menu: Creighton Men’s Basketball @ North Texas

Creighton will fly quickly down to Texas on Sunday to take on the North Texas Mean Green.  This will be a quick turnaround for the Jays after playing UTPA on Friday night.

If you can’t make the trip down to Texas yourself, here is the Media Menu to track the game from wherever you are for the 1:00 p.m. central time tip.

Television @ North Texas:

The Bluejays will be  televised on select Fox Sports Networks. It will be shown in high definition with with Ron Thulin and Dan Bonner on the call.

  • In Omaha on Cox Communications = channel 47 (SD) or  1047 (HD).
  • In Omaha on CenturyLink Prism = channel 748 (SD) or 1748 (HD)
  • Nationally on DirecTV = channel 671

  • You can also download the Fox Sports Go app for your Android, Apple, Kindle Fire, or Windows Mobile device and stream the game. Again not available to Omaha Cox Communications subscribers for this game.

Radio/Audio @ North Texas:

Check out the  pre-game show “Bluejay Shootaround” on 1620 AM the Zone hosted by Josh Peterson and former Bluejay Josh Dotzler, from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

  • If you find yourself in the Omaha metro — you can pick up John Bishop’s play-by-play along with former Bluejay Brody Deren over the air on 1620 the Zone at 1620AM on your dial.
  • For those in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you can catch the game on the Mean Green Radio Network with a signal that covers the Metroplex and stretches into Oklahoma that includes KHYI 95.3 FM The Range and KNTU-FM 88.1.

After the game, stay tuned after the 1620 the Zone postgame to catch Bluejay Banter and their “Overtime” postgame show. They will talk to Creighton coaches and others to get the latest on the Bluejays as well as take phone calls.
