Media Menu: Creighton Men’s Basketball vs. Alcorn State

The Creighton basketball offseason has been full of changes.  Creighton joined the Big East conference, the Bluejays released a new logo, most games are on a new television network and the radio broadcast has changed hands.   However one thing remains the same–the Bluejays hit the court to play some basketball on Friday night.

The CenturyLink Center will be electric for the 7:02 p.m. tip-off with the anticipation of the season.  As in the past, we have you covered on how you can follow the Bluejays whether you are at the game in person or are watching from afar with the Media Menu.  Here are your options for Friday night.

Television:

The Bluejays will be  televised on select Fox Sports Networks at 7:00 p.m. It will be shown in high definition with Cory Provus and Bob Wenzel on the call.

  • In Omaha on Cox Communications cable system, Fox Sports Net is on digital channel 47 or in HD on channel 1047.
  • In Omaha onCenturyLink Prism systems, you can pick up the game on channel 748 or HD on 1748.
  • For others outside the Omaha metro, you can find the game on systems that carry Fox Sports Midwest and Fox Sports North+
  • On DirecTV, the game is on channel 695 (695-1 in HD).
  • On Dish Network, you can find the game on channel 446 (9516 in HD).
  • On AT&T UVerse, it is on channel 691 (HD 1691)

Online:

Radio:

If you find yourself in the Omaha metro— you can pick up John Bishop’s play-by-play along with former Bluejay Nick Bahe over the air on 1620 the Zone at 1620AM on your dial.

After the game, stay tuned after the 1620 the Zone postgame to catch Bluejay Banter and their postgame show live from DJ’s Dugout across from the CenturyLink Center. They will talk to Creighton coaches and others to get the latest on the Bluejays as well as take phone calls.
