The Creighton men’s basketball team came out on Sunday afternoon with a little more fire than usual with the desire to help fellow seniors Geoffrey Groselle and James Milliken not leave the CenturyLink Center without a win on Senior Day. That extra fire helped blow away St. John’s 100-59.
Groselle and Milliken led the way in scoring for the Bluejays with 22 and 19 points respectively. Groselle also finished the afternoon with 11 rebounds to score a double-double. Cole Huff contributed 13 points while Maurice Watson, Jr., had 10 points and 7 assists in the victory.
