The Creighton men’s basketball team returned home to another large crowd and another victory on Wednesday night. Austin Chatman scored his first double-double of his career and the final score didn’t necessarily reflect the defense that was played by the Bluejays. The Bluejays hit 15 three-pointers in the 91-77 victory.
It was “Legends Night” at the CLink with the student section honoring Josh Jones in their own way with signs, shirts and other gestures. The rest of the crowd was waving around Greg McDermott heads on a stick. Needless to say it was an interesting atmosphere.
