Men's Basketball

Photo Gallery: Creighton Men’s Basketball Falls To Seton Hall

The Creighton men’s basketball team got off to a slow start in the annual Pink Out game for breast cancer awareness at CenturyLink Center Omaha.  Unfortunately it appeared Seton Hall was running on all cylinders as the Bluejays fell 75-65 in a game that really was not as close as the scoreboard indicated.  Creighton fell to 14-8 on the season and 5-4 at the midway point in Big East play.

James Milliken broke out of a shooting slump to lead the way for the Bluejays with 21 points.  However, the Pirate defense kept a better eye on Maurice Watson, Jr. limiting his effectiveness in driving to the basket.  Seton Hall was up by as many as 22 points in the middle of the second half and had an answer for every Creighton run that tried to cut the lead.

WBR photographers Brad Williams and Adam Streur were on  hand for the game.  While we all await the next game on Wednesday at Villanova, enjoy the photo slideshow below, or visit the WBR Photo Store to get your favorite shots from the Pink Out game.
