Fans got their first glimpse of the 2014-15 Creighton Men’s basketball team against some different competition on Friday night. The Bluejays shot lights out from three point range in the first half and then had a less intense second half to get an easy 91-72 win over the University of Sioux Falls in their lone exhibition game of the season.
Austin Chatman and Devin Brooks each had 18 points to lead four Bluejays in double figures. Brooks also led Creighton with 8 rebounds. Creighton shot a blistering 11-of-20 from three point range in the first half including Toby Hegner hitting 3 of his first 4 shots from behind the arc.
