After getting just enough run support to win game 1, and then getting the bats going more in game 2, the Creighton baseball team had to rally from two runs down in the bottom of the 9th inning to send the game into extra innings. The Bluejays won their third walk-off in the past five games and swept Butler with a 4-3 game three victory.
The Bluejays move to 25-7 overall and 5-1 in Big East play to sit at the top of the standings. This also ends a long homestand for Creighton where they now hit the road out of the state for the first time since March 9th to take on Arkansas on Tuesday night.
