The Creighton Volleyball team made their home debut on Friday night in the first of three matches in the Bluejay Invitational. They continued their great start by sweeping Syracuse in straight sets, 25-19, 25-20 and 25-13 and moving to 4-0.
Leah McNary led the Bluejays with 12 kills and the team hit .395 in their domination of the Orange. Some great serving by Ashley Jansen in the first set and Megan Bober in the second set set the stage for the fast moving third set. The Bluejays had a balanced attack keeping Syracuse on their toes not knowing what to expect.

Creighton volleyball returns to the court Saturday against #21 Kansas State at noon and will finish the day against Denver in a 7:30 p.m. start.
