The Creighton Volleyball team closed out the non-conference portion of their schedule this past weekend with the Creighton Classic at Sokol Arena. The Bluejays went 2-1 including an opening match win against Arkansas on Friday night a historic come from behind victory on Sunday afternoon against Kansas State.
The only loss of the weekend came at the hands of #11 Wisconsin. The Badgers swept the Bluejays and won the Creighton Classic due to a three-way tiebreaker over Arkansas and Creighton due to most sets won over both teams and despite a loss to Kansas State. The Bluejays finished second on the weekend and have some great momentum heading into Big East play.
