The Creighton volleyball team is not shying away from competition. The Bluejays went out to the west coast this past weekend for the Trojan Invitational hosted at USC. Despite getting past UCSB and San Diego to start the weekend, Creighton was swept by USC on Sunday in a match where the Bluejays had leads in the first two sets and ultimately let them get away.
Things do not get any easier when the Bluejays face another top foe in #4 Louisville this weekend. The good news is that they finally get games on their home floor as they host their annual Bluejay Invitational that also includes matches against Rice and Northern Iowa in addition to the Cardinals.
