Some people start pigging out … err, I mean, “giving thanks” … on Thanksgiving Day around noon. If you’re an early eater and a Bluejays fan, you might want to set the table in the living room or finish your feast as early as possible so you can keep up with the first Old Spice Classic game of the day, featuring Creighton vs. Michigan.
The Bluejays and Wolverines kick off the deodorant and cologne tourney at 11 a.m. Thursday. On Black Friday, you can return from shopping in plenty of time to get a turkey sandwich and see the Jays again at midday (either 11 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.). With a day off Saturday to watch college football, you can finish your holiday weekend watching Creighton (hopefully) battle for an Old Spice title Sunday evening.
At White & Blue Review, we want to make sure you are always aware of the different media at your disposal for keeping track of every Bluejays game, home and away. Here are the different viewing and tracking options throughout the Old Spice Classic. We will update this page daily on the menu of options available to follow the Jays throughout the weekend.
Television
Thursday: Creighton’s game against Michigan will be on ESPN2 at 11 a.m. On Cox Cable in Omaha, that is channel 30 or in HD on 736.
Friday: If the Bluejays defeat the Wolverines, they will again be on at 11 a.m. on ESPN. On Cox Cable in Omaha, that is channel 31 or in HD on 735. Creighton will play Xavier at 1:30 p.m. on ESPNU. That is channel 220 on Cox. Unfortunately, ESPNU HD won’t be on the system for another couple of weeks.
