The Creighton men’s basketball team was looking for their second straight win after Wednesday night’s first Big East victory of the season. Unfortunately, troubles scoring points hurt the Bluejays at the beginning of the game and for about a 20 minute stretch finishing the first half and into the second half as the Bluejays fell to the Georgetown Hoyas 67-40.
Creighton shot a season low 20.8% in the loss while also scoring the fewest points in Qwest Center/CenturyLink Center history.
