Creighton’s two-game lead in the Missouri Valley Conference has disappeared as quickly as the team’s collective shooting stroke. The national leader in shooting percentage from the field and three-point range, the Bluejays managed to make just 38% of their shots from the field and a shockingly low 17% of their three-point attempts in a 3-point home loss to the Redbirds Saturday night. Coupled with wins by Wichita State and Indiana State earlier in the day, the Valley has a three-way tie for first place between the Shockers, the Sycamores, and the Jays.
