Coming into the 2009-2010 season, Halligan held two of the top three single-game 3-point makes records in Creighton history. Nine days following her 8-make game against BYU, she would hit 10 3-pointers against New Mexico State, Creighton’s single-game record.
The last player to make 8 3s in a single game was Dayna Finch, who hit 8 treys against Indiana State in March 2002.
