During the Bluejays’ 49-41 win against Wichita State in the quarterfinals of the Valley tournament, Jim Flanery’s team outrebounded the Shockers by 14 caroms. Kelsey Crites grabbed a team-high 10 boards, but she was followed closely by Kellie Nelson (9), Megan Neuvirth (9), and Kelsey Woodard (8).
The Jays limited WSU to just 17 second-half points, a season-low for a CU opponent.
