After an emotional home win against the Bluejays on Saturday evening, the Bulldogs will try to continue their winning ways when they hit the road to take on the Bradley Braves. With three players scoring 20 points or more in their most recent victory, including freshman center Seth VanDeest, the Bulldogs have been a bit of a surprise to many teams while winning 6 of their last 7 games.
The Braves however, are coming off an emotional loss, as they were dominated by their I-74 rival Illinois State 66-47. The Braves have been very inconsistent this season, dropping home games they should win and winning road games many thought they didn’t stand a chance. This game could really go either way, but I will have to give the advantage to Bradley in this one, as I would imagine the home crown can give them a bit of an advantage and help them bounce back from an awful loss.
