The #8 Creighton Bluejays played in front of another packed CenturyLink Center on Wednesday night against #12 Butler. More than 18,000 fans cheered on the Bluejays and dominated the Bulldogs 75-64 which isn’t reflected in the score.
Maurice Watson had 21 points and 7 assists, while Khyri Thomas scored 14 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and had another fabulous defensive effort on an opponent’s best scorer–this time Kelan Martin as the Bluejays were up by 25 at one point early in the second half.
