The Creighton Baseball team is in the middle of their west coast road trip. After winning two out of three against UC Davis last weekend, the Bluejays took on the California Bears on Tuesday afternoon.
The Bluejays got on the board early, but California’s bats got them in the lead by the third inning. Creighton rallied a couple of times including a couple of runs in the sixth inning. Down 7-5, the Bluejays had runners on first and third in the ninth but just came up short as they flied out to end the game.
It was nice and warm out in Berkeley and WBR photographer Mike Spomer took advantage of the nice weather to get some exclusive pictures of the game on the road. Take a look at this season’s Bluejay baseball team.
