The Creighton men’s soccer team helped close out a fun night of Creighton University’s annual Socctoberfest with a 2-0 victory over Memphis on Friday night. The win was in front of 4,367 fans at Morrison Stadium.
Luke Haakenson made a spectacular play in the 62nd minute to save a ball from going out of bounds and then went around the goalkeeper to score the first goal for the Jays. Sven Koenig capped the night off in the 82nd minute.
