Women’s Basketball Media Menu: Creighton @ Northern Iowa

The Creighton women’s basketball team is on a roll. Thanks to an undefeated four game homestand, the Bluejays have gained some great confidence and a spot near the top of the Missouri Valley Conference standings.

The Bluejays have won six of their last seven games. But five of their last seven are on the road, including their last three games. It will be a true test to see if they are ready to win the Valley title.

The test begins Thursday night, when Creighton travels to Cedar Falls to play the Northern Iowa Panthers. UNI won the teams’ meeting in Omaha a few weeks ago, and the Jays are looking for a bit of payback.

Tonight’s game is on TV. So, if you haven’t followed the Creighton women’s basketball team this season, now is a great time to start. Here are the media menu of choices to follow the game:

The Bluejays will be regionally televised on Fox Sports Net, namely Fox Sports Midwest for those in Nebraska. Scott Warmann and Laura Leonard on the call.

  • In the Omaha area, the game will be available on Cox Cable channel 47 and 745.
  • The game is available on satellite providers DirecTV channel 671, Dish Network channel 418 and for those with AT&T U-Verse, Channel 748
  • In other areas of the country it will be live on Fox Sports Indiana, Fox Sports Kansas City, Fox College Sports and Comcast SportsNet Chicago

If you are in the Omaha area, you can catch the game on your AM dial on 1180 KOIL with Brad Burwell and Rob Simms.

For those of you in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area, you can pick up the signal of the Northern Iowa broadcast on KWLO 1330 AM.
