The Creighton volleyball team headed out again to the east coast this past weekend to take on UConn for the first time in Storrs on Saturday and then turned around and played Providence on Sunday. The Bluejays went 1-1 on the road trip using against the Huskies, but then bounced back to sweep Providence.
The loss on the weekend puts the Bluejays into a logjam of teams in the standings and the league being very competitive this season. At the same the desire to host an NCAA regional down the line has made it a little murky heading to November.
