Men's Basketball

Media Menu: Creighton vs. Missouri State

The Bluejays come back to Omaha again with questions about how to win games on the road.  Fortunately, Sunday’s game against Missouri State takes place in the friendly confines of the Qwest Center, where the Jays are 8-1.

If you have time earlier in the day, you can go watch the Creighton women’s basketball team take on Northern Iowa over at Sokol Arena (2 p.m.).  If you have tickets to the men’s game in the evening, you can get yourself free tickets to the game by showing your tickets to the Men’s game at the ticket office. Check them out; Flan’s got a team that’s really exciting to watch

At White & Blue Review, we want to make sure you are always aware of the different media at your disposal for keeping track of every Bluejays game, home and away. Here are the different viewing and tracking options for Sunday’s game against the Bears starting at 7PM.

Television

The game will be televised on ESPNU, with Dan McLaughlin and Mac McCausland calling the game. Those two are Missouri Valley regulars who should have a good call of the game.  Here is how you can catch the game if you are in the Omaha metro:

  • If you have Cox Communications and the Sports and Information digial tier, you can find the game on channel 220 or on the high definition channel 737, but the game is not in HD so you will have sidebars on there.
  • If you have satellite service on Dish Network you can see the game on channel 148 and on DirecTV on channel 614

Online

There are several ways to follow the game via the Internet:

  • You can listen to the audio online at Big Sports 590 AM in Omaha.
  • Keep up with the Live Stats from GoCreighton.com.
  • For a different perspective, you can listen to the Missouri State broadcast of the game online.
  • There is not a video webcast available for this game.

Radio

If you find yourself traversing the greater Midwest — specifically, the eastern part of Nebraska, Iowa, and even into Missouri — you can pick up T. Scott Marr’s play-by-play on Big Sports 590 AM.

If you are in the Springfield, Missouri area, you can catch the game on the dial on flagship station KTXR, 101.3 FM or any of the other Missouri State Radio Network affiliates across the state of Missouri including St. Louis and Kansas City markets.
