The Creighton women’s basketball team went into Chicago looking for an opportunity to continue their season with the Big East Tournament autobid to get into the NCAA Tournament. So far that has all turned out roses for the Bluejays.
It is four games in four days for the Bluejays as they took out Providence in the opening round game, knocked off #2 seed Villanova on Sunday, and then turned around and knocked off #3 seed Seton Hall on Monday. With #1 seed DePaul knocked off on Monday after the Bluejays disposed of the Pirates, opportunity knocks on Tuesday as they face off against St. John’s for the league’s automatic trip to the NCAA’s.
Matt DeMarinis has been in Chicago covering the Bluejays in person. However, if you aren’t able to be there and want to follow the Tuesday night, 7:00 p.m. central time tip, we have you covered with the Media Menu.
