Trying to get a baseball game played in the state of Nebraska is a pretty difficult task these days with the crazy weather going on. With 12 games already this season either cancelled or postponed, it is a sure bet Creighton head coach Ed Servais wants his team to play some ball. Luckily for the Bluejays on Tuesday night, they were able to fit a game in and walk away with a 12-4 win against the Kansas Jayhawks.
Mike Gerber went 3-of-5 with 3 RBI and the offense exploded for six runs in the sixth and seventh inning to break open a close game. 9 pitchers saw action in the game.
