The Creighton baseball team held their annual Military Appreciation Day on Saturday when they played the second game of the weekend series against St. John’s. Unfortunately, the offense wasn’t as potent as it was on Friday night as the Bluejays fell 6-4 against the Red Storm.
The Bluejays were down 6-1 before they got things going in the sixth inning to cut the lead to 6-3 and gathered another run in the seventh inning, but the Red Storm then closed the door and the Bluejays couldn’t do no more.
