The Creighton offense has found new life. After beating Nebraska 8-1 on Tuesday night, the Bluejay bats again hit the ground running and knocked off the University of Nebraska-Omaha on Wednesday night 6-1.
The Creighton pitching staff is trying to stay fresh as the Bluejays used 8 pitchers against UNO. Coach Ed Servais also used a lot of different pitchers on Tuesday night trying to get through these midweek games. As the season hits the final stretch, the Bluejays could be carrying a lot of momentum into the Missouri Valley Conference tournament in a couple of weeks.
