The Creighton volleyball team had an opportunity to make another Sweet 16 appearance against the Washington Huskies at home in front of a packed Sokol arena. However, everything the Bluejays tried, they could not hold off the Huskies and their season ended with a 25-19, 25-21, 25-23 loss.
The loss ends a 21-match winning streak and the careers of Jaali Winters, Taryn Kloth, Samantha Bohnet, and Kelsey O’Connell, a class that took the Bluejay volleyball program to new heights in their stay on the Hilltop.
