The Creighton Volleyball team is hosting another invite this week with the Creighton invite. The Bluejays swept Wichita State, 25-15, 25-17, and 25-19.
The Bluejays started a little slow in the first set initially down to the Shockers 7-5. After a 9-1 run, Creighton cruised to victory in the set. The second set was a little closer to start before the Bluejays pulled away for the 2-0 lead at the break.
By the third set, the fight in the Shockers subsided, and the Bluejays held off Wichita State for the sweep. Keeley Davis and Jaela Zimmerman paced the Bluejays with 12 and 11 kills respectively.
