The Creighton women’s soccer team was fighting for a spot in the Big East Tournament on Thursday night. However, that spot became a little bit tougher after a 2-0 loss against Villanova.
The Bluejays are now 1-4-1 in the Big East standings and five points behind the Wildcats and Providence for the final spot in the Big East Tournament. They hope to rebound on Sunday against #25 Georgetown.
