Foster just won a G-League title with the Houston Rockets affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. He averaged 17.4 points, 3.8 assists, 1.1 steals, and shot 39.1% from 3 in 43 games with Rio Grande this season. A few days after winning the title, he and his wife Chelsea announced that they are expecting their second child together, a boy, in October.
