October 1, 1932 — Creighton’s football team, lead by head coach Arthur R. Stark, starts the 1932 season with a 6-0 win against Haskell Institute.
The Bluejays, coming off a 4-5 season in 1931, start off on the right foot with wins over Haskell and Drake one week later.
Haskell Institute is now named Haskell Indian Nations University. It is located in Lawrence, Kansas, and offers post-high school education to members of federally recognized Native American tribes in the United States.
