November 19, 1938 — Creighton finishes one of the school’s most successful football seasons with a 38-0 shutout against North Dakota State.
The 1938 Creighton football team went 6-1-1 with shutouts against South Dakota, Wichita State, Loyola-New Orleans, and North Dakota State. In total, during CU’s four game win streak to end the season, the Bluejays outscored their opponents 117-6.
