December 12, 2001 — The Bluejays win their third straight against in-state rival Nebraska.

Despite turning the ball over 19 times, Creighton hands the Huskers their first loss of the season, 76-70. Terrell Taylor led four Jays in double figures, scoring 14 of his 18 points in the second half. He was joined by Michael Lindeman (15), Kyle Korver (13), and Brody Deren (11) as the team’s leading scorers.
