With the Creighton Bluejays on a week-long trip to Hawaii, Benjamin blocked 8 shots, a single-game total good for fifth highest in Creighton history. It was a good week for the Bluejays, who went 4-0 against the likes of Hawaii, Hawaii-Hilo, BYU-Hawaii, and Chaminade.
It was the third game in his career Benjamin would block 8 shots, and he owns each of the best single-game performances in that category in school history. The man blocked 12 shots in one game, folks!!!
