May 25, 2007 — Creighton destroys Bradley 17-2 to advance to the MVC championship round.

After beating Southern Illinois 8-5 and Bradley 2-0 during the first two days of the Valley baseball tournament, the Jays run-ruled the Braves and advanced to the title round against Wichita State.

Ben Mancuso saved the Creighton bullpen, going all 7 innings for Ed Servais’ team and allowing just 7 hits and 2 runs while striking out 8 BU batters.
