August 16, 2003 — Although it is an exhibition, Creighton’s men’s soccer team plays the first official game at the university’s new on-campus soccer stadium.
Bob Warming’s Bluejays beat Western Nebraska Community College 4-0 on a Saturday night, albeit without many of the trappings that Creighton soccer fans have come to expect down at Morrison Stadium: the west grandstand wasn’t finished that first evening.
