After visiting Omaha last weekend, Dayton (OH) guard Andre Yates tweeted this afternoon his intention to attend Creighton University.
Yates, a 6-1 guard, scored 14.5 points and 5.3 assists per game last year as a junior at Trotwood-Madison high school. He will finish his high school career this season at Dayton’s Dunbar high school.
A member of the Ohio Hoopsters AAU program, Yates chose Creighton over reported interest from Dayton, Nebraska, Wichita State, Cleveland State, and Morehead State.
