Today in Bluejay History (10/10)

October 10, 1936 — Creighton blanks Grinnell, 12-0.

Coming off a shutout of South Dakota (25-0), Marchie Schwartz and the Bluejays didn’t allow a point to Grinnell College of Iowa. And while Creighton’s shutout streak would snap the next week during a win against Drake, the Jays wouldn’t lose their game until a 13-7 setback against Hardin-Simmons.
