Today in Bluejay History (10/11)

October 11, 1941 — Maurice “Skip” Palrang and his Creighton Bluejays see their 3-0 start to the 1941 season come to an end against Tulsa, 19-7.

After posting wins against St. Benedict’s College, Centenary College, and St. Louis University, Creighton couldn’t continue the positive momentum. In fact, Creighton’s 1941 season would end with four straight losses against the likes of Oklahoma A&M and Texas Tech.
