April 10, 2005 — Creighton finishes a sweep of Missouri State with a 7-0 shutout.

The Bluejays stayed on top of the Valley standings with a three-game sweep of the Bears. Adam Schaecher went into the 7th inning for Creighton, earning this third win of the season in the process.

The Bluejays outscored MSU 20-8 during the series sweep, after which Creighton would enter the national rankings at #30. The Bluejays would finish the season in the NCAA Tournament, going 2-2 in the Lincoln regional.
