May 15, 2002 and 2007 — This day in May graces the Creighton record books twice for some of the largest crowds in Rosenblatt Stadium’s non-College World Series history.

In 2002, #13 Nebraska beat Creighton 9-1 in front of 18,758 fans. At the time, that was the largest non-CWS crowd in Rosenblatt’s collegiate baseball history; it is currently the third-best mark.

In 2007, the Bluejays beat the Huskers 9-2 in front of 18,316 fans, which currently sits as the fourth-best non-CWS collegiate baseball crowd at the ‘Blatt.
