September 8, 1996 — Creighton’s men’s soccer team wins the Bank of America Showcase in Albuquerque, New Mexico following a 2-0 victory against Air Force.
After beating host New Mexico two days prior, 3-0, the #16 Bluejays won their fourth straight match to start the season. They would post a 7-0-1 record before suffering their first loss of the season later in September against UMKC.
