Alcorn State (0-8) @ Wichita State (4-1)

Wichita, KS 7:05 CT

The Shockers survived their first true road test of the season, ok, they handled it pretty well.  WSU traveled north to take on Cleveland State. The Shockers took a lead at the thirty second mark and never looked back.  Leading the way for the Shockers was sophomore Toure’ Murry who finished the game with a double double, and lead the Shocks to a decisive 69-54 victory.

WSU will return home tonight to host the Braves of Alcorn State, and this should be a pretty easy homecoming.  The Braves enter the game with a dismal 0-8 record, and don’t seem to be bringing much to the table in terms of competition.  This one should be a wash for the Shockers.
