Former Creighton men’s basketball student manager Danny Schreiber contributes to Silicon Prairie News, a local blog whose focus is on highlighting entrepreneurs, innovators and startups in the region. Alright, that’s 4:24 of your life you’re glad to have spent laughing at my expense, without a doubt!
I apologize for my wild cousin, Stax, who lives in Texas, making an appearance. His wicker furniture cowboy hat and oversized aviator sunglasses are rather ridiculous, aren’t they? You bet.
As for the amazing poster of Angry Dana, it is very real, and it really does hang on a wall in my den. The inspiration came from NBC’s excellent show “Parks and Recreation”...namely, the boss’ giant poster of Angry Bobby Knight. Is it frightening? Absolutely. But is it awesome? You bet.
Thanks to everyone who stops by and reads White & Blue Review. All of us involved in this thing are having a blast writing stuff for it, but it wouldn’t be worth it if there weren’t so many great fans enjoying the fruits of our labor. WBR has only been “living” for six weeks, and the things we’ve been able to do so far have exceeded our wildest hopes. As Stax would say, “YOU ARE ALL AWESOME.”
